And if we, Sara and Federico, were the ones who once made this dream come true and made it bloom, today we look on with deep pride our son Filippo leading the kitchen brigade with the talent of a true and confident chef, and our son Lorenzo- now a third level certified sommelier- curating our wine cellar, a collection that over the years has become a point of reference for true enthusiastics.
